We arrange collection.
We will confirm the collection steps with you and arrange pickup of the eligible mattress.
Receive your refund.
We refund the mattress price, less the flat $99 re-pack and collection fee disclosed here, on the product page and at checkout.
The fine print, plainly. One trial per household per mattress. The mattress must be used with a suitable, supportive base and a protector to remain eligible. Trial covers mattresses only (not pillows or opened protectors, for hygiene reasons). The $99 fee covers collection and re-packing. Full terms are provided at checkout. We make no therapeutic or orthopaedic claims about the product.
