Returned mattresses are routed to a registered recycler in your state — Soft Landing in NSW/VIC/ACT/WA, or Mattress Recyclers Australia / Tic Group in QLD.
The fine print, plainly. One trial per household per mattress. The mattress must be used with a suitable, supportive base and a protector to remain eligible. Trial covers mattresses only (not pillows or opened protectors, for hygiene reasons). The $99 fee covers collection and re-packing. Full terms are provided at checkout.
