Privacy policy.

This policy explains how Paradise Supply Co. handles personal information when you shop, request a quote, subscribe to updates, contact us, or visit through an in-room referral.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect your name, contact details, delivery and billing details, order and return history, trade-business details, messages, product preferences, and consent choices. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by this website.

When you use an in-room referral, we record an opaque referral identifier and general source information needed to attribute a sale. The referral link does not contain your Stayz booking, guest identity, or raw room number.

How we collect and use it

We collect information directly from forms and checkout, from service providers that help us fulfil an order, and through essential website storage. The cart is retained in your browser for up to 30 days; customer-entered discount codes and opaque referral tokens last only for the browser session. We use this information to answer enquiries, provide quotes, process and deliver orders, administer trials, returns and warranties, prevent misuse, attribute operator referrals, improve our products, and send marketing only with affirmative consent.

Non-essential analytics and advertising cookies are off. Before any behavioural measurement is activated, we publish the relevant processor details and provide the required consent controls. Declining optional measurement never prevents shopping, checkout, support or referral attribution.

Who receives it

We disclose only the information needed to approved payment, hosting, email, fulfilment, delivery, recycling, customer-support, professional-adviser and regulatory providers. Any optional analytics provider is added only after the consent controls described above are active. Some providers may process information outside Australia. Current provider locations are identified at collection or on request.

Paradise Stayz and other accommodation operators do not receive your retail order details. They receive only the aggregate or transaction-level attribution needed to reconcile an agreed referral payment, unless you separately ask us to share more.

Storage, security and retention

We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted service credentials and audit records appropriate to the information held. We retain records only for operational, warranty, tax, fraud-prevention and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify them where practical.

Access, correction and choices

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. You can also deal with us anonymously or using a pseudonym where identification is not reasonably required, although we need accurate details to fulfil orders and warranty claims.
