Our story

It started as the bed in the room.

Paradise Supply Co. didn't begin in a showroom. It began in our own Gold Coast residences — and with one question we kept hearing at checkout.

We run short-stay residences across the Gold Coast. For years, the most common question at checkout wasn't about the view or the coffee machine. It was: "Where do I buy the bed?"

So we stopped treating it as a compliment and started treating it as a business. We took the exact specification we trust across our own portfolio — a pocket-spring and gel-memory hybrid with a Tencel-blend cover, made by an internationally recognised hospitality-bedding manufacturer — and we boxed it for the home.

The same bed, minus the markup.

A traditional mattress retailer carries showroom rent, sales commission and a long chain of middlemen. We carry none of that. We buy direct, ship direct, and pass the difference to you. That's how a genuinely hotel-grade Queen lands at $1,599 inc-GST instead of twice that.

Honest, by constraint.

We don't make therapeutic or orthopaedic claims. We don't publish reviews before real customers have written them. We disclose our trial fee up front. And when a mattress comes back, we route it to a registered recycler in your state rather than to landfill. These aren't marketing positions — they're how a hospitality operator has to behave when guests sleep in your beds every night.

The name.

Paradise Supply Co. is our house brand. Surfers is the product line — named for the coastline it was finished on. We're a Queensland company, building something we'd be happy to put in our own guest rooms. Which, of course, is exactly where it started.
