Website and sale terms.
These terms apply when you use this website or place a retail order with Paradise Supply Co. Separate written terms apply to trade accounts.
Product availability
Products available to purchase are shown as either pre-order or in stock. The product page and checkout identify the exact item, price and availability that apply to your order. Product images support the written product description; your order confirmation records the product you purchased.
Pre-orders
For a pre-order item, the product page and order confirmation state the applicable dispatch window. We will contact you using the details on your order if that window changes. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
Prices and orders
Retail prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any discount are shown before payment. Submitting payment is an offer to purchase; we accept the order when we send an order confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing, availability or fraud error and will return any payment taken.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates. We will show the available delivery method and charge before checkout. Please check access, stairs, lifts and room dimensions before ordering. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or incomplete.
90-night trial
The voluntary mattress trial is additional to your Australian Consumer Law rights. Its eligibility, care requirements and the disclosed $99 re-pack and collection fee are explained on the trial page. The fee does not apply where a remedy is required because the product fails an Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantee.
Warranty and consumer guarantees
Our written warranty is an additional promise and does not exclude, restrict or modify rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Warranty scope and claim steps are set out on the warranty page.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Referral offers
An in-room or post-stay offer is tied to a valid referral token and its stated conditions. Referral attribution does not change your retail price unless a valid promotion is displayed at checkout. We may reject altered, expired or unauthorised referral tokens.
Website use
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading information, or automate requests in a way that degrades the service. Brand names, copy and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
