Which mattress sizes can I order?
Paradise Mattress Core is available in King, Split King and Queen. Split King combines two 92 × 203 cm units to form a King.
How does the 90-night trial work?
Sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights. If it is not right for you, contact us by night 90. A flat $99 re-pack and collection fee applies to an eligible trial return.
What base do I need?
A slatted base with gaps ≤ 7cm, or a solid platform. An unsupported or sagging base can void the warranty.
What does the mattress warranty cover?
The limited warranty covers the spring unit and structural foams for 10 years and the cover for 2 years. Pro-rata cover applies from year six. Your Australian Consumer Law rights also apply.
Do you make health claims?
No. We describe comfort and construction only. We make no therapeutic, orthopaedic or pressure-care claims.
Do you supply multiple properties?
Yes. Hosts, accommodation operators and hotel teams can request a trade quote for one property or a wider portfolio.
